PAYMENT CONDITIONS (except for weekend specials)
40 days before arrival

CANCELLATION FEES (except for weekend specials)
39 to 31 days before arrival : 15% of a.m. price
30 to 22 days before arrival : 25% of a.m. price
21 to 14 days before arrival : 35% of a.m. price
13 to 7 days before arrival : 45% of a.m. price
Less than 7 days before arrival : 80% of a.m. price
Re-booking: US$ 40.- per person

LIABILITY
Myanmar Travel Ltd. and Myanmar Rail & Fly Department act as an intermediary between transportation and airline companies, hotels, tourist offices and all other contractors providing the services and as such is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political action and unrest must be borne by passengers. Participation in our promotional trips implies the tourist’s agreement to the above.

No rain cheques or compensation will be given for non-attendance, rain or
cancelled activities. Meals not taken are not refundable.

INSURANCE
We recommend travel insurance to cover accidents, theft or cancellation. CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

WARRANTY
Myanmar Travel Ltd. and Myanmar Rail & Fly Department are not liable for any injury, loss or damage the traveller suffers during or in connection with the journey, nor for itinerary modifications due to circumstances beyond Myanmar Travel Ltd.'s and Myanmar Rail & Fly Department's control.

DOCUMENTATION
A passport is required, valid for 6 months beyond your tour departure date. A visa is required for Myanmar.

HEALTH ADVISORIES
Presently, no inoculations are required for travel to Myanmar. There are recommended inoculations such as Polio, Hepatitis, Typhoid and Malaria. Altitude may be a concern to some travelers. Please consult your physician for your specific needs.
